There are lots of activities going on connected with our Connect Life family.

Some of these activities are aimed at those who share our faith, others at for those who don’t attend our church service but all of them are because of our relationship with Jesus who has changed our lives and invites us to share his love with everyone that we meet.

Primetimers

This is a new group that we started up in June 2021 because we recognised how import it is for those in the prime of life to have an opportunity to meet tgether to chat, to encourage and also to receive spiritual and social input into their lives.

It is particularly aimed at those who are retired but all ages are welcome to join us for a varied program of activities each week.

Let's Go Club

Starting this October 2021 a new kids club for 5-11's with lots of fun, games, stories, quizzes and music. It's free to attend and we think that if you join us you will not want to miss it!

The Alpha Course

One of the most well known ways to explore the Christian faith. During lockdown we ran 2 course online but now we a back in the building and ready to do Alpha in person! Join us for 7 weeks that could change your life. New Course Starts October 2021

“Connect Life Connect Groups are a great way to get closer to Jesus.”

The connect groups are aimed at those who attend our Sunday services but want to get more connected with the church and grow in their faith. They are smaller groups normally meeting in a persons home and a great way to get to know each other better, the Bible better, and grow in our relationship with God together. If you would like to know about a group in our area then please chat with one of the church leaders and we can put you in touch with a group that will work for you.

“The foodbank was there when we really needed it, it was an absolute lifeline.”

We don’t think anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. That’s why we provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis. We are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.

This foodbank is run in partnership with local churches, facilitated by Connect Life Church.

Connect Life Prayer

Prayer does change things, all kinds of things. But the most important thing it changes is us."

Prayer is right at the centre of all that we do as church. We have various groups and individuals praying throughout the week and Tuesday we meet together as a church in the building and online to pray together for ourselves, our community and to encounter God who is the one who makes all the difference.

If you have a prayer request then please contact us using the contact form and include the details of your prayer request.
